I help people become strong survivors no matter how many times they have been knocked down.
I show them that they deserve both satisfaction and success and how to find it.  I work with men, women,
gay, straight, single, divorced, married and widowed people. It doesn't matter what your "label" is, with what
group you identify, or what your specific struggle is.  As we move through different life stages, change and
loss is almost guaranteed. It comes in different forms. Some of us figure out how to move beyond the hurt and
overwhelm and some of us stay stuck in it.

     Believe me, I know, because I have worked very hard over the years learning how to live with loss, how to
fashion it into a strength that lets me help others, and how to find joy. I feel so honored to help my clients do
that too. I know firsthand that people can feel better, dream once again, and find new, exciting possibilities and
purpose, regardless of what they have been through in the past.
